Austin is growing fast

A recent story in the Austin Business Journal noted that Austin was in the top 20 fastest growing regions based on the U.S. Census. The greater Austin area jumped 21% in population between 2000 and 2006. All of these people need places to live - demand and prices just keeping going up for Austin! Here is a link to the article:

One reason of course is that they have a much smaller base to start with, so the percentages will be much higher than those for large bases, let's see how these towns fare 5 years later!
