Vivia defines the iconic “Native Texan” affirmation. She was born in San Antonio graduating from Alamo Heights High School then continuing her education and graduating from Texas A&M University with a BA degree in Speech Communications, and a minor in Business Management. She immediately began a career in sales working in Arizona for ADCO, a company that manufactured laundry and dry cleaning products. She then moved back to Texas, landing in Austin in 1999, and fell in love with the capital city. She continued her successful career in sales with LifeScan, Johnson and Johnson. Her love of houses, architecture, and design inspired her to earn her Real Estate license in 2006. Vivia is a motivated REALTOR placing the interests of her clients first. Her principal assets are her honesty, fair dealing, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Her commitment to her clients is apparent throughout the real estate process and beyond. Vivia is a member of the Austin Board of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, the Women’s Council of REALTORS, and is a board member of the Louise Batz Patient Safety Foundation. She has attained her GRI and ABR designations. When not working with clients, you can find Vivia walking Lady Bird Lake, exercising at the JCC, trying the newest Austin eatery with her husband, family and friends, or watching her girls participate in soccer, volleyball or lacrosse.
