After recently deciding to relocate from LA to Austin, a friend recommended I meet with Tom to get to know the area. With just a few days to spend in town, Tom was respectful of my time constraints and extremely efficient when communicating. His relaxed demeanor put me at ease and I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. Tom offered to send me listings via email until I can make it back to Austin in a couple weeks. I can't wait to find my new home!

I was referred to Tom by several recommendations - those people were spot on. This wasn't my first experience purchasing a home, and I can definitely say the whole process with him was extremely positive. He wasn't looking to just sell any home to me asap.  He made it a priority to touch base often, make sure I was happy and that I was making an informed decision. He definitely has a talent for figuring out what I was looking for and tailoring the list of homes to see.

This was my first time purchasing a home but not the first time dealing with a realtor, so if you are purchasing a home, Tom is the guy. I was a little nervous at first since it's a new state for my family and I, and it's far away from California, where we are from. I told him what we needed, and he got it done, period. He didn't try to push us to buy the more expensive home or to buy it as fast as possible. He told us to take our time and to look through all the listings. He new about all the areas like the back of his hand, and constantly kept in touch with us and informed us about any changes and just to see if we were doing OK. As soon as I told him when I wanted to see the homes, he made sure to fit me in his schedule. When things came up, he saved me the trouble of dealing with them and took care of things for me. Great guy and would like to work with him again.

The quality of Tom's service relies less on his exceptional salesmanship skills and more on his character as an individual. He cares about finding the best property and is willing to fight to get that home for you on the most favorable terms possible. While searching for an agent, I wasn't just looking for someone to arrive at each showing with facts and figures I could've easily researched on my own. More importantly, I wanted someone who could frame a narrative. Tom provided context for what my life would be like living in that particular home in terms of daily commute, nearby places to grub and where I'd be watching my Tar Heel games in a city full of Longhorns. Maybe I was too demanding of my previous agent but it doesn't matter now because Tom has set the new bar.

As an investor, I couldn't ask for a better agent than Tom, as he see's the potential in properties that a lot of other realtors might otherwise ignore. Tom has been instrumental in a handful of developments in the Austin area that I've been a part of in the last couple of years, and it's due in  large part to his keen eye for opportunities. He certainly has his finger on the pulse of high growth neighborhoods, and continually impresses me with his research and analysis of comps all around Austin. If you're looking for a responsive, dedicated, and effective real estate agent, Tom is as good as it gets.

I hired Thomas to sell my home and I'm glad I did. He is very professional and his attitude really shows he enjoys what he does. He is always doing what's best for me and my interests as a seller. I will always go back to him for other real estate matters and have already recommended to my friends and family.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Tom. He played a critical role throughout our entire search process - his thorough understanding of the market, his insights on determining good value, and his advice on reasonable/unreasonable pricing based on market trends was incredibly invaluable.

Tom was also extremely helpful by connecting us with several local renovation and design contractors as we wanted to do some remodeling. Through his references, we were able to shop around and get a better sense of what could be done within various budget options.
What we appreciated most about Tom was his work ethic and responsiveness to all our calls and texts. I'm a remote buyer. I had contacted two Austin realtors before I contacted Tom. These two agents did not answer my questions in a timely manner. After I connected with Tom through his company's website, I am very happy to have worked with him. First, when I was interested in buying one condo near UT and I was not able to fly there, Tom drove over there, toured the condo, sent me pictures of the property, and I finally decided to make an offer. Tom reminded me to raise the bid to beat my competitors if I wanted it because of it's value. As I did not raise the price enough, I lost the condo. Second, I met Tom personally one month later during my son's orientation. He educated me a lot about the Austin market and was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in general. Finally, I saw another opportunity near UT to buy a property. He did some research and suggested me to offer a lower price than the asking price due to a slower winter holiday market. I followed his suggestion and had bought the condo successfully. During the buying process, he was very patient to explain the procedure and responded to my questions very quickly. He helped me find a contractor to estimate the costs of fixing any issues post-inspection. Because of Tom's professionalism, we were able to close the purchase in just about two weeks.
