Rose Ann Story

After graduating from Baylor University and moving to Austin in 2005, Rose Ann spent seven years working in the advertising industry. In 2012, she left the corporate world to pursue her passion, real estate.  Rose Ann was born into a family that loves this industry.  Her grandfather was the late Dick Nichols, the Austin councilmen and Realtor who has a park named in his honor in Southwest Austin.  She also worked with her mother flipping homes throughout most of her young life.

Given her years of experience in the industry and working with a variety of clients, Rose Ann understands the importance of listening, asking questions and providing customers clear and honest answers. Her ability to effectively multitask and negotiate contracts are invaluable skills that help clients throughout the home buying process.

Rose Ann also enjoys being surrounded by her husband, David, three small boys; William, Ryan and Matthew, and two golden retrievers.  They can usually be found at the Wildflower Center, Zilker Park, or Peter Pan Putt Putt.  When given the opportunity, Rose Ann loves to get out to her favorites restaurants; Central Market, Jacoby’s and Emmer and Rye.
