Rose Ann is awesome! My wife and I were first time home buyers and knew almost nothing about the home buying process. When we wanted to look at buying a house a friend of ours highly recommended Rose Ann, and I'm so glad they did because she did everything she could to make the process easy for us. Rose Ann walked us through everything that we needed to do. If there was ever something we didn't fully understand or wanted more clarification on she was always happy to answer or helpfully point us to someone who could more fully answer. She made time to go to showings that worked with our schedule and was always available to chat if wanted to talk about something. When we finally found a house we liked she helped put together an offer that managed to beat out all the other competing offers and got us the house. Once we were in the house Rose Ann continued to help by providing some contacts of trusted contractors that she has worked with in the past that did great work. If we ever need to sell or buy another house Rose Ann will be the first person we reach out to!

I was first introduced to Rose Ann via a mutual friend. As someone living out of state (in Seattle, Washington) I needed a real estate agent who I trusted, could be my ‘eyes on the ground’ and would communicate well over email. After describing what I was looking for, Rose Ann helped my partner and me narrow down the criteria. She was willing to drive and visit listings without us, sending a recap via email with pros/cons and photos. We found the property we were looking for and got it under contract promptly. Then Rose Ann introduced me to an attorney, an arborist, a lender, and an architect to help me better understand the property, my options, and how to limit risk. We successfully bought the property with Rose Ann leading the way the whole time. As we were closing, she even found a line item on the settlement statement that we could opt out of, saving us $. She was responsive, decisive, and insightful. Rose Ann is the absolute best realtor and I would recommend her to anyone! My husband and I were really picky about the house we wanted, which wasn't easy in the current housing market. Rose Ann was really patient with us as we looked at a bunch of houses trying to find the right one. We recently moved to the hill country and sought a home in the Austin area. We were very fortunate to work with Rose Ann Story. Rose Ann is amazing! She found us a great home and she sold our old one, too. Both at great prices. Rose Ann works so very very hard and you can really feel that she is on your side through the whole process. Home buying and selling is really hard and emotional, but Rose Ann somehow makes it enjoyable. My only regret is this thing only goes up to 5 stars.

Not only is she a top-notch realtor, she is an incredibly hard-working, knowledgeable, and trustworthy person. Working with Rose Ann was a very positive experience, like working with a close friend that was looking out for our best interest. Our Driftwood purchases were complicated by multiple lot purchases in two adjacent subdivisions. She helped us navigate multiple sales, with significant price reductions, while keeping details confidential through several negotiations. Timing associated with these sales ended up being a very critical issue. We finalized the sale on one property on a Monday morning and that afternoon received an offer for our contract from another buyer. We believe that Rose Ann’s knowledge of the local market, financials and buyer demand facilitated our successful purchases. After our purchase, Rose Ann had multiple contacts that helped us with remodeling and improvements to our property. We have referred three families to Rose Ann since our purchase. Simply put, Rose Ann is a remarkable realtor and, in my opinion, the finest in the greater Austin area. Austin is full of realtors claiming to “know the market” and “possess key relationships with lenders and other realtors,” when in truth these “other realtors” just want your business and don’t care much about finding the right home for you and your family. Rose Ann, however, truly approaches each client and transaction with kindness, sincerity, integrity, and an unmatched knowledge of the Austin real estate market. Rose Ann helped us buy a new home & sell our existing home. This was our first time conducting simultaneous transactions and she was SO patient with our millions of questions. She provided guidance us on what we NEEDED to do and what we COULD do to get our house sold, and it was under contract in one day! She kept us on track without being overbearing (and we needed it!), and she set very realistic expectations for us and our buyers. When she represented us as buyers she was so quick with the offers & counter-offers, and she scheduled everything we needed to handle during our option period. Her communication with us was amazing.
