She received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 2007, and she received her B.A. in Political Science from Abilene Christian University in 2000. Monica spent most of her law career as a civil litigator, in and out of the courtroom. She has experience in contracts, negotiations, and conflict resolution, and she has also represented clients in landlord/tenant disputes and construction litigation. Timelines were tight because we were having our new home built, but she helped us navigate the whole thing rather seamlessly. I have known Monica personally for quite some time, and when she announced she was entering the real estate realm I knew she would flourish. My father was dying at the time he contacted Monica about two years ago (unbeknownst to me) he wanted to find a beautiful place for me to call my own once I graduated. Words can not express how precise, communicative, genuine and honest Monica was while working with my Dad and me. I met Monica twice to view condos around town, the first and second time she showed me some absolute gems. I remember the second day viewing I found a place I really liked but Monica could feel it wasnt just right. It was the last condo on her secret list... She really knew me, she took the time to understand what I loved and also what my Dad required. On the way to this gorgeous condo she told me " I viewed it, and I know you will just love it, it's so you! " She was right, the second I walked in I was sold.
