Her background spans both residential and commercial real estate, giving her a well-rounded perspective that sets her apart. Her experience in commercial property management — including lease tracking, tenant and vendor relations, property budgeting, and reconciliations — provides her clients with a depth of industry knowledge that goes far beyond that of a typical agent.
Kim holds degrees from Blinn College and the Austin Institute of Real Estate, and she gives back to her community as a Meals on Wheels volunteer.
